The Australian customer's cargo arrives safely.

Delivery two weeks later, the customer has not received the goods, 

take the UPS Express, should be about a week to, but the delay did not receive the goods,

 I do not know why.

Is due to customs tariffs, the customer's goods were seized by the local customs of Australia.

I learned the situation, immediately wrote a letter to the customer, 

so that he made the form of invoices to the customs, pay the tariff.


The next day the customer said he handled the relevant procedures, 

the customs has been delivery, after a day, and finally the customer received the goods.
